This album, The Wild Is Me, is the soundtrack of my life so far, at least the soundtrack of my defining moments. The moments of realization, courage, fear, wounding, healing, coming home to myself, reclaiming my wildness, and breaking out of molds built for me by others and by myself.
I wrote these songs over the course of many years, as I made change after change, to come a little closer to living a life that feels the most ALIVE.
I hope that as you listen, you’ll find places that feel like home, moments that allow you to spark a change in your own life, and words that go with you and keep you company on your journey.
